About me
Most companies invest in training. Few invest in how that training is designed.
I’m Nadja Zaric, a Learning & Development consultant with a PhD in Education and Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University. For over 15 years, I’ve been designing digital learning solutions, from LMS platforms and interactive e-learning courses to gamified programs that adapt to how people actually learn.
I’ve worked with financial institutions, public sector organizations, EU-funded projects, and educational institutions, building everything from Moodle-based onboarding systems to nationally accredited training programs.
What sets me apart is PeGaM, a research-backed framework I developed during my doctoral work that combines gamification with personalized learning to drive engagement, completion, and knowledge retention.

E-Learning Development & LMS Implementation
I build and implement digital learning ecosystems on Moodle and other LMS platforms, including interactive content, video modules, assessments, and analytics dashboards. I also transform existing in-person training into structured blended learning programs.
Gamification & Learner Engagement
Low completion rates and disengaged learners are the biggest challenge in corporate training. I use my PeGaM framework to design gamified, personalized learning experiences that keep people motivated and drive better outcomes.
